It’s been a while since I’ve been on here sorry… Life kind of caught up with me…Hopefully Ill update at least once every week.. I started back up again.. its been a week or so..and I’ve lost 2 pounds, I’m about a lb in a half away from my original goal which im so proud of myself that I continued to eat well while not working out so it payed off….
Pansit has been a good source of food for me, and if I get the desire to eat an ice cream I just substitute it with a shake..still yummy and cold for this hold weather…
Treadmill, weights, wii fit, and biggest loser wii game have been my main workouts..so it seems to be working on the changes so yeah.. thats all for now..sorry this is all over the place..but its been a while since ive written one of these
My Motivation right now… this Amazing guy that I like…one day ill be brave enough to tell, him..soon I hope <3

Hey everyone, it’s Miss B.
I am down 12 lbs and only have 38 left to reach my goal for the year! I am so excited but this just means I have to work harder. My workout routine has been ok, I got sick but I’m getting back on schedule this week!
I know I’ve posted this Video Before,…but I wanted to post again, because yes as of today I am doing the Belly Fat Cure for 1 week straight….I received my Belly Fat Cure Book with the Carb Swap System yesterday.Read the 3 chapters and looked at what meals I would like to enjoy..so..

Gosh…
Can you love someone really with all your heart..and you haven’t been in contact for a long long time..well I have that problem…I’ve always had him in my mind and now even more after talking with my friends today…and now there’s a wedding coming up in March…Working Out for that too…Going to buy a new dress for it..so I want to look Awesome!
Any Advice? I wish my phone didn’t loose all the numbers..or I’d text him..gosh…

Ok..I follow Jorge Cruise on Twitter, and You Tube and I have DVD’s and Books from him too! I love this guy! This program also helps me with my weight loss..Im not following just this program..What I do is take advice from each of the places I follow like…mostly get my advice most C.P., Biggest Loser, and Jorge…These three help me a lot..well D- cuties music does too..haha!
Jorge was so not in shape before..so he’s lived what we are going through..none of those fake stuff on TV..HE’S THE REAL DEAL!

It’s just weird. Everytime I try to do something for myself, people try to help. If I want help from some one, I’ll ask. That’s what I have Miss A for. There is one specific person in my life that always tries to help, but bleh, I don’t want it! When some one tells me not to eat this, don’t eat that, or basically tell me how to diet. It just makes me want to eat more. It drives me crazy! I have to keep myself under control but dear lord it’s hard when people try to tell you how to do things when you don’t want them to. How do people expect me to do things for myself when they constantly meddle in my life. *sigh*
