I know I’ve posted this Video Before,…but I wanted to post again, because yes as of today I am doing the Belly Fat Cure for 1 week straight….I received my Belly Fat Cure Book with the Carb Swap System yesterday.Read the 3 chapters and looked at what meals I would like to enjoy..so..

Ok..I follow Jorge Cruise on Twitter, and You Tube and I have DVD’s and Books from him too! I love this guy! This program also helps me with my weight loss..Im not following just this program..What I do is take advice from each of the places I follow like…mostly get my advice most C.P., Biggest Loser, and Jorge…These three help me a lot..well D- cuties music does too..haha!

Jorge was so not in shape before..so he’s lived what we are going through..none of those fake stuff on TV..HE’S THE REAL DEAL!

Something I look at once in a while when times are hard..

MY SI SE PUEDE LIST!

  • I am in charge of my body, and I can change it at anytime.
  • I affirm my right to a sound body, mind, and spirit.
  • I am healthy and my body is responsive.
  • I celebrate my commitment to wellness by exercising & eating healthy foods
  • Even small changes in my life are big achievements
  • I have decided to make my body a thing of beauty
  • I am making a positive change for ME!
  • Today is a new beginning and a new chance to look Fabulous!
  • I CAN DO IT!
  • I CAN visualize how good I’ll feel in loose jeans!!
  • This is NOT the hardest thing I’ve ever done!

I also want to Thank Miss B for asking me to be apart of this great opporunity to help not only you reading this, but her &amp; myself all at the same time&#8230;We all can be a support team and see the change!&#8230;That&#8217;s one of the key ingredients to success &amp; change&#8230;is support.
If you don&#8217;t have anyone close to you, to rely on that&#8217;s what we are here for&#8230;to try and help guide you and ourselves down a healthy life style!Though at first its a challenge to do things such as losing weight&#8230;but you just have to believe and have faith that you can change. Trust me You&#8217;ll see &amp; feel amazing after this has all been acccomplished!
Something you might want to start on 1st, if you aren&#8217;t a regular water drinker&#8230;you should start your way to (8) 8 fl oz cups of water a day&#8230;
Start to think of what Can I do to workout everyday/every other day&#8230;
Remember&#8230;this will take some time to happen..so dont over do it&#8230;or stop eating/ drinking&#8230;thats not healthy at all..we all need our balanced meals.
